My 3D Progress

'Ello everyone. As I believe I mentioned, I am trying to learn how to model so I can be of more use. After learning a couple of the basics of Blender I was able to (with Hawk's help with a couple problems) make this basic dagger.



Hopefully I will get better. I will post new progress I make here.

Oh, my brother also is trying to learn to model for us. Here's a sword he made.

My brother is two years younger. I'm the oldest of six kids.

Thanks for the comments! I know they each need a lot of work, but we're trying hard to learn so we can be of use.

Oh well, at least it is progress.

Cones with exponential curves are one of the hardest shapes to make, so this is really good!

Here's another... Rough draft of a room. I'll be adding a table and refining the lamp and probably adding textures (right now it is materials only). Rendered at 600 cycles so it isn't great quality.

DUDE. You're getting pretty good at this. I especially like the lighting. We need to harness your work and put it towards something!

Well the lighting definitely needs work, but the steampunk guy is epic, and the room itself is epic too!

Here's the beginning of the interior of a spaceship. I might continue this, though I will definitely be changing that circle part of the hologram What do you guys think I should put into the white room?

I spent the better part of the day on this model... It isn't great, but it is the first organic modeling I have tried. I think I'm a little more proud of myself than I should be Anyway, please comment!

The spaceship model depends on what room you're going in to... It could be the room containing all of the power mechanics. I mean, unless you're using solar flowers, it would need some sort of engine room, right? Or it could be a control room, full of control panels and stuff...

As for the alien dude, I love him! It looks like he's working on a Skyrim Alchemy Table. O.o

The Skyrim alchemy table must be based off of Fullmetal Alchemist's Transmutation Circles

Here's a 3D chibi I made. It is nothing like I was aiming for -_-;

Haven't posted in here for a while. I've been real unhappy with my 3D work for SoS so I've been reading more tutorials and experimenting more. The first picture here is a wallpaper I made for my Superhero RP site. No fancy modeling but I spent a while making the shaders.



This picture is the first day of a kitchen I am modeling. I'm practicing modeling and level design at the same time! Except for the light bulbs' material it's just a clay render.

So... If you have comments, I'd like to hear them
