FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Hello everyone! This is the place where we answer all your frequently asked questions, or even just random questions that we feel needs an answer. So, ask away and we will tell! The questions are ordered in rank of how often they are asked.

Q: What are the graphics of AO going to be?
A: We are not completely sure at the moment, but they will probably be a realistic 3D style, somewhat like Lord of the Rings Online.

Q: What are Forum Points?
A: Forum Points are awarded to everyone when they are active, or make a post. You will soon be able to use them to buy stuff on the forum. What kind of stuff? Wait and see.

Q: Can I have my own NPC?
A: Staff members and mods both get special advantages. They can get any in-game item or currency, they get their own unreleased items, and they get to make the new stuff for the game. However, only staff members get their own NPC.

Q: So am I a staff member?
A: At the moment, if you are helping us then you will PROBABLY be a staff member. To be a staff member you must be a help other than just 'giving ideas,' you must help us often, and you must be willing to continue to help. We don't need people who will help get this thing started but drop out in two months. During this preliminary period, we are actually LOOKING for staff members. After closed alpha ends and open beta begins, it will pretty much be impossible to become a staff member.

Q: Can I be a mod?
A: Well done Knight/Moletime. You have successfully asked a question so many times it has been added to the FAQ list. Oh, by the way, the answer is NO.

yah, i agree, a name change might be in order...

i think that Alteria is just the name for a region in Pokemon Ranger games, i could be wrong though.....

So my question: WTF? .-. If i had a suggestion for the weekly question i wouldn't even be able to say it >.< so unless you have a seperate thread for comments on the blog updates.. you won't get any comments from anyone but hawk. js
