Houses for Demo

Cyber asked me to start work on some concepts of village structures. I figured I'd give a two-story house a shot today, although it may turn out a bit more medieval than I was hoping... we'll see. Working out of Sketchup; textures are placeholders.

I presently only have the two floors completed and the door. Working on windows next. Let me know what you fellows think. I can always replace the wooden beams with a stone accent (bricks).

I like it, but I do agree with it being a bit too medieval looking.

I apologize for not getting back to you about the architecture... I think with a little bit of modernization, that isn't bad. I would be grateful we could go with more brick than wood.

Could the architecture be more industrial revolution style? Maybe a blend of what you have, and Victorian-era? At least for the Alterian architecture. Grimmlett and Outsider architecture would be a bit different, but the demo is a Dreiden village, so... Sorry if I am rambling >.< I didn't sleep well last night

Like steampunk?

Ehhh, a bit of steampunk but more the era steampunk was actually based off.

Not going to lie, I haven't got a clue 'what steampunk was based off'. /=/

Victorian mostly, I'd say, with a mix of anything 1900-1930 American.
