| Hello Tally! Glad to see a friend of Ananas; he's been with us for a pretty long time and any friend of his is welcome here.*
There isn't a lot of activity as we have a distinct lack of asset creators and I have a distinct lack of time, but don't be discouraged. Anyone who either has experience to help, or at least has the willingness to learn something, is a thousand percent better than a pro who isn't even willing to take a look at our humble little site.
So, tell us a bit about yourself. What made you interested in our community? Would you maybe be willing to learn something like 3D modeling, or would you feel more comfortable sticking with trying to help with what you already know? Do you have experience with anything besides Flash?
Anyway, I am happy to meet you and I'm sure the others feel the same. Welcome, Tally ^_^

| Well, Ananas told me about it and linked me to the site. I explored a bit, and became interested. And I think it'd be best to start out with my usual 2D concepts, just to get a feel for the art style you guys are looking for. Then eventually I'd like to learn how to do 3D. And I'm more used to Flash, but I've done photoshop too. I'm usually a quick learner, so I could learn things like Gimp too if needed. And thank you for the welcoming :3 | |

| Welcome to the site. Do you have any links to your work in flash? I'm interested in seeing some of your previous work. | |

| Really sorry for the post delay, but alright I'll give you a couple links. Not sure how many of you are familiar with Artix Entertainment games, but I'm used to designing Herosmash characters. I'll admit my mindset is a bit stuck on that art style at the moment, but only because I'm not currently doing other styles. I'm sure I could adapt to different styles, though. http://twitpic.com/adb1yohttp://twitpic.com/acfvks / http://twitpic.com/achnjzIt's kinda embarrassing to admit, but I really don't have much uploaded xD I should work on that. | |

| Wow, nice work.
Most of us on here are pretty familiar with AE games. We were originally an AQW clan called the Order of Twilight who left to start this project. I believe several people on here still play AQW, and actually Ken-san leads his own clan, Chaoz. I may play AQ3D upon release, though its WoWish vibe is sort of turning me off ATM.
I've always wondered this, but how difficult is Flash artwork? Is it relatively like most other vector art? | |

| For doing non animated art, it's pretty much like other vector art, yeah. There's a lot more tools, so that takes some learning and getting used to. But I find it easier to work with than Photoshop, but that might just be because I'm more used to it. | |

| More tools? I find that flash is far more simple (and therefore easier to grasp) than Illustrator or Photoshop. Used to use it for web interface stuff but I never got good at animating in it or such. >_< | |
